Environmental Regulatory Compliance in a consultancy company in Tallinn

Job Description

Our collaborator is a consultancy company providing expert guidance on Environmental Legislation compliance. They support clients with regulatory requirements for placing goods on the EU and GB markets, manage import licenses and authorisations, and coordinate import supply projects. The environment is international, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary.

Tasks

• Consultancy service on Environmental Regulatory Compliance obligations
• Regular communication with Service Providers, Clients, and Partners
• Communication with EU and GB Authorities
• Documents preparation (Declarations of Conformity)
• Support on Clients’ annual Reporting and Auditing obligations
• Support on events and exhibitions preparation and organisation
• Other reasonable duties assigned by the Employer

Requirements

• Interest in environmental regulatory compliance
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate professionally with all involved parties
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Proactive, structured, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Conditions

• Flexible working schedule, determined by mutual coordination
• International and multi-disciplinary work environment
• Part-time employment contract with proportional annual leave
• Gross salary of EUR 12.00 per hour, paid monthly

Availability and hours:

• Up to 10 hours per week
• Part-Time Employment Contract
• Probation Period: 4 months

Location:

• Flexible, but mainly at the Company Office in Tallinn, Estonia
