Job Description

Our collaborator is an international and fast-growing company specialised in helping customers compare and manage home services such as energy, telecommunications, insurance, and other recurring contracts. With a multicultural team and offices in Spain, they offer a dynamic work environment where interns can develop their sales, communication, and customer service skills while working in Dutch for the Flemish market.

Tasks

  • Handling incoming sales calls from potential customers in the Flemish energy market.
  • Identifying and understanding customer needs during each call.
  • Informing customers about available energy contract options.
  • Selling the most suitable offer according to the customer’s situation.
  • Processing subscriptions and contract requests.
  • Proposing additional sales opportunities when relevant.
  • Turning both warm and cold leads into successful sales conversations.
    Developing strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of Dutch.
  • Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.
  • Strong motivation to develop sales skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and communicative personality.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
  • Dynamic attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Availability and hours:

  • Availability throughout the year, excluding mainly August/September and January/February.
  • Current openings for upcoming months.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional Saturday approximately every 4 months.
  • Shifts between 08:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00.
  • Biweekly onboarding process.
