Paid Bar & Restaurant Internship in a family camping village in San Felice del Benaco, Italy

Job Description

Our collaborator is a family camping village located on the shores of Lake Garda. With decades of experience in open-air hospitality, the company welcomes international guests in a lively and multicultural environment. Their young and united team is focused on providing warm, high-quality service and creating memorable holiday experiences.

Tasks

• Welcome and serve guests in the restaurant with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Support the bar team in preparing coffee, beverages, and basic cocktails
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in bar and restaurant areas
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth service flow
• Help create a memorable and relaxing guest experience

Requirements

• Good command of English
• Additional languages are a strong plus: German, Dutch, French, or Italian
• Guest-oriented mindset and genuine empathy
• Strong team spirit, punctuality, and reliability
• Enthusiasm and willingness to grow professionally
• Flexibility to work across both bar and restaurant settings

Conditions

• €800 net per month
• Free accommodation in a private bedroom in a shared mobile home
• Shared kitchen and bathroom with one roommate of the same gender
• Direct supervision and support from the Bar & Restaurant Manager
• Multicultural work environment
• Real practical experience in both bar and restaurant service

Availability and hours:
Late June – Late September / Early October 2025
Full-time, 36–40 hours per week
At least 1 guaranteed rest day per week
