Marketing, Media Web and Social Expert Internship in an Erasmus+ entrepreneurship host company in Fano, Italy

Job Description

Our collaborator is part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, a European initiative aimed at fostering international exchange and collaboration between new and experienced entrepreneurs. The company specializes in digital marketing, web development, e-commerce solutions, and customer experience optimization. Operating in a dynamic and innovative environment, they help businesses enhance their online presence through advanced marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, website development, and customized digital solutions.

Tasks

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across different platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement and performance metrics.
• Design, maintain, and optimize company websites.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Support the integration of multi-level marketing and affiliate systems.
• Develop and improve step-by-step product customization flows within e-commerce platforms.
• Create customer profiling questionnaires and automated forms.
• Design and optimize landing pages and sales funnels.
• Support the development of custom user experiences and automations within WordPress and WooCommerce environments.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on digital marketing performance.
• Reporting on social media engagement and performance metrics

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of web marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media management and content creation tools.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Advertising platforms.
• Web development skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Availability and hours:

• Full-time internship: 30 hours per week
