Internship Role: Reception / Reservations Intern

As a Reception / Reservations Intern, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our front desk team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Managing incoming reservations and checking guests in and out.
  • Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
  • Assisting with telephone inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality management program or related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in reservation systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
