Job Description

Our collaborator is a technology company that develops smart lockers and ticketing solutions to enhance user experiences in venues such as theme parks, shopping centers, ski resorts, and events. With more than 25,000 lockers installed, operations in over 10 countries, and over 250 active sales points across Europe, they are rapidly growing in the European market. They are currently looking for a creative and analytical intern to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and brand positioning.

Tasks

  • Configuring, launching, and pausing campaigns independently in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Creating and optimizing B2B lead generation campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Monitoring daily performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CTR
  • Detecting anomalies and identifying areas for improvement without constant supervision
  • Running A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and audiences, and documenting insights
  • Proposing basic optimization actions, including when to scale or stop ad sets
  • Managing remarketing and nurturing campaigns in Meta Ads
  • Targeting users who visited the website without converting, especially product and sector page visitors
  • Testing creatives based on success cases to reinforce brand credibility
  • Preparing clear reports including number of leads, CPL by channel, estimated lead quality, and recommendations
  • Coordinating with design and content teams to align creatives with campaign goals
  • Supporting campaign tracking and conversion measurement across channels

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience managing Search campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, including forms and events
  • Ability to launch and pause campaigns autonomously
  • Results-driven mindset with strong attention to metrics
  • High attention to detail in campaign setup and monitoring
  • Basic knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Good understanding of audience segmentation and ad formats across platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Creative and proactive attitude

Conditions

  • Full-time remuneration: 500€
  • Part-time remuneration: 250€
