Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teaching Assistant to join our team. The person appointed will work closely with our English Language teachers in overseeing and conducting lessons for different age groups and proficiency levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting lead language teachers in daily English lessons
- Developing interactive teaching materials and exercises to enhance the learning experience
- Providing personal attention to students, identifying their learning gaps, and adapting lessons to address these gaps
- Encouraging active classroom participation and facilitating group learning activities
- Assessing student progress through regular tests and providing constructive feedback to enhance language understanding.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ideally in language studies, English, education, or linguistics)
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant, ESL teacher, or a similar role would be an advantage
- Proficient in English – both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of teaching methodologies and ability to create engaging lesson plans.
- Must be eligible to work in Spain
