Sales and Administration Internship in a product distribution company in Seville, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator is a small store based in Seville, Spain, specialised in the distribution of decorative panels for bathrooms and kitchens. The company is currently growing and developing its commercial activity, offering a dynamic environment for interns interested in sales, administration, customer service, and daily store operations.

Tasks

• Supporting the team with daily commercial activities in the store.
• Assisting customers and providing information about the products.
• Supporting sales activities and helping to promote bathroom and kitchen decorative panels.
• Carrying out administrative tasks and general paperwork.
• Preparing and organising invoices and commercial documents.
• Supporting basic accounting and internal documentation.
• Helping with product information, store organisation, and customer follow-up when needed.
• Collaborating with the team in the development of the business activity.

 

Requirements

• Native or perfect level of Spanish.
• Commercial mindset and interest in sales.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised profile with attention to detail.
• Interest in administration, paperwork, invoices, and basic accounting tasks.
• Ability to work in a small and growing business environment.

Availability and hours:

 

• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Duration: Minimum 3 months.
• Working hours: From 4 hours per day in the store up to a maximum of 8 hours per day.
• Schedule: To be agreed with the company, within the store’s commercial opening hours, approximately between 9:00 and 17:00.
