This internship offers students or recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Tareas

Social Media Strategy:

 

• Develop and implement social media plans tailored to the Portuguese audience.
• Adapt content to local culture, trends, and events.
• Stay updated on social media trends locally and globally.

 

Content Creation:

• Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with editorial, events, and marketing teams to align content with ongoing projects and cultural events.

 

Community Management:

 

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in English.
• Build a welcoming online community for locals and international audiences in Portugal.

 

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns in Portugal.
• Provide regular updates on growth, engagement, and results.

Requisitos

 

• Education: Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.

• Attributes:

  • Creative thinker with strong visual and written storytelling skills.

  • Excellent communication in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Passionate about multiculturalism and connecting communities.

Condiciones
