We are currently in search of a passionate French Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The French Teaching Assistant will provide support to our lead educator in planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program that results in students achieving their fullest potential visually, acadically, and linguistically in French. Key responsibilities include assisting the teacher in lesson preparation, conducting small group sessions, helping students with their assignments, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in French. They should also hold a teaching qualification, preferably in language teaching. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in French at different levels is desirable. Fluency in both written and spoken French is mandatory. Working proficiency in English or Portuguese is a bonus. Familiarity with innovative instructional strategies, methods, and techniques is a plus.
We are seeking an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic about teaching, and passionate about the French language and culture. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Furthermore, the ability to work well in a team, show initiative and adapt quickly are all essential for this role.
