Paid Entertainment Internship in an international hotel in Ibiza, Spain

Our collaborator is an international hotel located on the island of Ibiza, offering guests a lively holiday experience in a dynamic seaside environment. Their multicultural entertainment team focuses on creating engaging activities, memorable events, and excellent guest experiences for visitors of all ages.

Tareas

• Assist in organising and carrying out daytime entertainment activities, sports, water games, and themed workshops
• Support the Mini-Club with educational and recreational activities for children
• Interact with guests to promote the entertainment programme and collect feedback
• Collaborate in the logistics, staging, and participation of evening shows

 

• Help with event management, including material inventory, space preparation, and coordination with external providers

Requisitos

• Studies in Tourism, Socio-Cultural Entertainment, Physical Education, Childcare, Performing Arts, or similar
• Intermediate English level (B1/B2)
• A second language is valued: German, French, or Italian
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable performing or speaking in front of guests
• Teamwork skills and enthusiasm for hospitality
• Ability to establish an internship agreement with an educational institution

Condiciones

• €400 net per month
• Shared accommodation included
• Full board included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days per week
• Competency report at the end of the internship
