Our collaborator is a rapidly expanding company specializing in AI and Machine Learning solutions, helping businesses optimize operations through intelligent automation. Focused on innovation and growth, they are currently expanding across Europe and are seeking ambitious graduates to join their dynamic team and support their international scaling efforts.

Tareas

• Support market research and analysis to identify target industries, customer segments, and growth opportunities in Europe

• Assist in sales outreach and lead generation activities across digital and offline channels

• Participate in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including content, events, and partnerships

• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings

• Attend networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to represent the company and build market exposure

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and market feedback

• Track activities and learn to manage pipelines using CRM tools

 

• Contribute fresh ideas to improve outreach, positioning, and go-to-market strategies

Requisitos

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, or technology

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM familiarity is a plus but not required

• Fluent in English and German

• Interest in AI, automation, or SaaS technology is a strong advantage
