We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Lounge Attendant to join the guest services team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, good communication skills, and previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments.

   

Tarefas

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and seating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge at all times
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Refill buffet stations, replenish supplies, and ensure items are available throughout the shift
• Clear tables promptly and ensure seating areas remain clean and tidy
• Provide basic information to guests and support them with general inquiries
• Assist with setting up and closing the lounge, including cleaning and restocking
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service procedures
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requisitos

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service

• Strong communication skills; fluency in English required

• Positive attitude, polite, and guest-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a hands-on, proactive approach
