Our collaborator is a fully funded international career accelerator designed for ambitious young individuals eager to launch a career in marketing, sales, and business development. The program combines hands-on work experience with intensive expert-led training, placing participants directly into real business environments in Ljubljana from day one. With a strong focus on practical learning, participants work on real challenges while developing key commercial skills, supported by industry professionals and a global community.

Tarefas

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for real business challenges
• Build and test marketing and sales campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate directly with company decision-makers on live projects

Requisitos

• Aged 18–30
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizens or applicants from UK, USA, Canada with visa support provided)
• Fully available on-site in Ljubljana for the entire program duration (no remote or hybrid)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable with uncertainty
• Prior experience in marketing or sales is not required — we prioritize mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
• Video application required: Submit a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself, explaining why you are applying, and describing a real problem you solved — professional or personal

Condições

• Fully funded program (no cost for participants)
• 4-week intensive training in Marketing, Sales & Business Development (valued at €2,000)
• Monthly financial support of approximately €1050 during the 6-month internship
• Full logistical support including housing assistance and administrative setup

• Certificate and expert endorsement upon successful completion
• Limited cohort size (only 12 participants), ensuring a high-quality experience
