Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a Customer Service Intern, you will gain valuable firsthand experience in customer relations and support, while contributing to the success of our company.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document and escalate customer issues as needed, working closely with senior team members to implement solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to learn about our products, services, and internal systems.
• Gather customer feedback and input to help improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
