Support data collection, system input, and creation of sales funnel reports
Assist in CRM and sales funnel tracking, ensuring data accuracy and suggesting improvements
Prepare and update regular sales reports and dashboards (wholesale, retail, market share)
Monitor dealer performance against targets and provide analytical insights to optimize results
Conduct market analysis including trends, TIV, segment performance, and regional positioning
Support collaboration with the pricing team on MSRP and Transfer Price updates
Assist in creating and managing rolling sales plans (production, wholesale, retail, stock)
Contribute to sales strategy development and execution tracking
Analyze the impact of promotions and campaigns on dealer performance and retail sales
Collect and consolidate sales strategies and key performance data from CEE markets
Support regional reporting and strategic discussions with data-driven insights
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
Assist in quarterly incentive policy payment calculations
Support stock analysis and tracking
Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional CEE languages are a plus)
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
