Our collaborator is a well-established international company operating in the automotive sector across Central and Eastern Europe. Tareas

 

  • Support data collection, system input, and creation of sales funnel reports

  • Assist in CRM and sales funnel tracking, ensuring data accuracy and suggesting improvements

  • Prepare and update regular sales reports and dashboards (wholesale, retail, market share)

  • Monitor dealer performance against targets and provide analytical insights to optimize results

  • Conduct market analysis including trends, TIV, segment performance, and regional positioning

  • Support collaboration with the pricing team on MSRP and Transfer Price updates

  • Assist in creating and managing rolling sales plans (production, wholesale, retail, stock)

  • Contribute to sales strategy development and execution tracking

  • Analyze the impact of promotions and campaigns on dealer performance and retail sales

  • Collect and consolidate sales strategies and key performance data from CEE markets

  • Support regional reporting and strategic discussions with data-driven insights

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance

  • Assist in quarterly incentive policy payment calculations

  • Support stock analysis and tracking

 

 

Requisitos

  • Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional CEE languages are a plus)

  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
