Paid Hospitality Internship in a prestigious hotel in Madrid, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator is a prestigious hotel located in the heart of Madrid, offering guests a high-quality experience through excellent service and attention to detail. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated hospitality intern to join their team and assist in daily restaurant operations.

Tasks

• Greet guests with a smile and use their name when known

• Prepare and set up the restaurant before meal periods

• Serve food and beverages at the correct temperature and ensure proper presentation

• Keep the service station clean and stocked with necessary supplies

• Take orders and respond to guest inquiries

• Fold napkins and ensure cutlery is clean and ready for table setup

• Offer the drink and wine menus with appropriate suggestions and recommendations

• Perform closing tasks according to established procedures

• Follow up on guest orders to ensure a quality dining experience

 

• Assist colleagues when needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Advanced level of English

• Advanced level of Spanish

• Good communication and teamwork skills

 

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

Conditions

• 400€ monthly financial compensation

• Experience in a renowned hospitality environment

Availability and hours:
Full-time internship, 40 hours per week
Minimum duration: 3 months
Start date: To be agreed with the company
