Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our dynamic team in Parma. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service within a highly respected company.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Support the customer service team in managing service orders and handling complaints effectively.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service enhancements and share customer insights.
• Support the development of customer service materials such as FAQs, guides, and training documentation.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
